Our Kids Kickboxing classes are dynamic, high-energy sessions designed for children aged 7–14. These classes teach powerful striking techniques while helping kids develop confidence, fitness, and discipline in a supportive and motivating environment.

Our Juniors Kickboxing program provides a structured path of progression through the Kickboxing belt system, giving students clear milestones to work towards and celebrate along the way. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has previous martial arts experience, our classes are designed to challenge them while keeping sessions fun and engaging.
