Looking for an engaging and productive way to keep your child active this autumn? Our Group Swimming October Half Term Crash Course at Reading Blue Coat School l in Reading offers the perfect solution! Running from 27th – 31st October 2025, this one-week intensive course is designed to help children rapidly improve their swimming skills in a fun, friendly, and structured environment.
Courses are usually Monday to Friday mornings and you can select a thirty minute lesson time in a suitable ability class when you book. Class sizes are small, with a maximum of 4 swimmers in the lowest ability groups.
Each day, swimmers will enjoy fun, instructor-led group sessions that focus on building water confidence and promoting water safety. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to take their swimming to the next level, our experienced instructors tailor the sessions to meet a range of abilities—ensuring every child makes noticeable progress by the end of the week.
