Activity Description

Breathe Melodies for Mums is a FREE, research-based singing programme designed especially for new mums who may be feeling low, anxious, or simply in need of a lift.

Led by warm and welcoming professional singing leaders, our weekly sessions offer a joyful, creative space where you can connect, breathe, and be yourself — no singing experience needed. Just you, your baby (aged 0–9 months), and a group of other mums who get it.

You’ll sing beautiful songs from around the world (we promise — no nursery rhymes!) and experience the proven power of music to support your wellbeing, lift your mood, and help you feel more like you again.
