First Gymnastics Weekly Classes – West Kirby

Activity Description

First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years.

Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault.

Our SMILE, MOVE. GROW ethos is at the heart of everything we do, meaning:
– We have fun and are safe
– We are active and engaged
– We learn and increase in confidence

We always offer a FREE trial class to start with.
As well as attending weekly classes, children will also receive a First Gymnastics T shirt plus any awards they earn as part of the monthly subscription.
