Our Saturday family karate class welcomes complete beginners as well as students with previous karate experience. Each participant is encouraged to learn and progress at their own pace while sharing a positive and rewarding activity with other family members.

Family karate classes in Friern Barnet provide a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together while improving fitness, confidence, focus, coordination, discipline and practical self-defence skills.
