Activity Description

diddly.art is a free monthly art competition for children aged 4-16 years of age. Each month a new theme is announced and artwork using any medium (paints, pencils, clay etc) can be sent in, which we will digitally frame and post on our website gallery so your children can feel super proud!

Each entry is automatically entered into our monthly competition, in which participating children can win £100 in toy or art vouchers!

Everything is absolutely free!

Our purpose…we are on a mission to encourage children to continue practising their creative skills and use their imagination! There is so much research highlighting how essential this for brain development! Children who regularly participate in the arts are greater problem solvers, higher academic achievers, have improved memory, more patience, reduced stress, greater manual dexterity etc etc…the list goes on! Basically, it’s brilliant for brains and supporting the development of resilient children who can take on their futures!

As children pass through school there is less and less time to take part in the arts because of academic pressures.

diddly.art has been thoughtfully crafted to create a space for your children to enjoy getting creative throughout their school life! This is a community for anyone and everyone not just skilled artists! We all creative potential and children need to be encouraged to explore theirs!
