BALLET Classes – Abstract Dance & Performing Arts 

Activity Description

2 weeks £5 trials – Our  Imperial Ballet classes develop great technical accuracy, strength and artistic awareness through the internationally recognised ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet syllabus.
Through a combination of barre work, centre practice and dance movements, students learn to apply their technical skills with increasing consistency and confidence. Emphasis is placed on developing performance quality, musical responsiveness and an understanding of the stylistic qualities that define classical ballet.
At Abstract, we strive to inspire a love of dance whilst supporting each student’s individual development. Students who reach the required standard may be entered for the ISTD Ballet Examinations, with additional opportunities to work towards a Ballet Performance Award with the National Performing Arts Alliance, further recognising their commitment, progress and performance skills.
