Activity Description
Baby massage classes are a warm, friendly space where you can learn some hands on tools to help connect in with your baby, aid in their development and to relieve and symptoms of colic, teething, wind, constipation. At the end of each class, there is time for you to connect with other parents/ carers over a cuppa and a biscuit. Building community is an important aspect of parenting.
Classes are run at Oakwood Community Centre with easy accessibility, clean toilets and baby changing facilities. Refreshments provided. You will also receive your own bottle of massage oil to take home with you and a weekly handout with the massage techniques on. Please bring a blanket for baby.
Classes run in blocks of 5 at £55, term- time.
1:1 courses also available upon request.
