Activity Description
One of the most wonderful ways to connect with your baby early on is to practice baby massage. We teach techniques to help soothe baby’s little aches such as reflux, wind and teething and build up week on week to learn a full massage sequence that can be added to your bedtime routine to help baby settle and sleep better. We also incorporate gentle baby yoga stretches to support your baby’s cognitive development and gross motor skills, as well as seated yoga postures for parents to relieve neck, shoulder and back tension.
