An after school class where your MiniMe will learn positive mindfulness and mindset techniques in a fun and innovative way – through guided meditation, stories, games, music, props and FUN!
Learn a new superpower each week that you can practice together (debrief to parents at the end of the class!) to help build your MiniMe’s toolkit for life!
Building self awareness, confidence, understanding feelings, self regulate emotions and build inner calm and happiness.
All of these skills will help your MiniMe to thrive as they build their emotional and social skills to help them navigate life!
