Activity Description

Following the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, Acro at Centre Stage combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the artistry and performance quality of dance. Our programme focuses on safety and progressive skill development, ensuring that every student learns correct technique from the very beginning to support longevity and injury prevention throughout their performance journey.

Acro is all about blending fluid choreography with impressive tricks, balances, and tumbling skills. Through structured progressions, students develop core strength, flexibility, balance, and control, alongside essential skills such as spatial awareness and body alignment. Each new move is carefully taught in stages, allowing dancers to master foundational elements before moving on to more advanced skills.
