1-to-1 Social Understanding & Social Skills (Ages 9-18)

Activity Description

One-to-one sessions start from £30 per 60-minute session.
Programme 1:1 – £30 introductory rate
Choose one of our existing social understanding & social skill programmes, delivered individually rather than within a small group.

Individualised 1:1 – £45 introductory rate
For children and young people who need more personalised support, learning is tailored around their individual social learning needs, with sessions planned specifically for them.

One-to-one sessions are designed for children and young people who may benefit from learning at their own pace, with support focused on the social situations they personally find difficult to understand or navigate.
Sessions may focus on areas such as understanding other people and social cues, conversations, friendships, emotions and self-awareness, adapting to change, perspective-taking, decision-making and developing greater independence.
At Learn 2 Be Social, we build understanding first. Rather than simply teaching a young person what they should do in a social situation, we help them understand what may be happening, what to notice, why it matters and how they can respond.
Learning is individualised and developed through discussion, relatable scenarios, activities and guided reflection.

 All social mentors working directly with children hold enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training.
