Almondsbury Creative – Harry Potter Fireworks Extravaganza – 1st November in Bristol

This year, we are paying tribute to the wizarding world of Harry Potter with our Firework Display expertly choreographed to the music of the legendary films.
You can expect walkabout entertainers, pop up wizarding schools, potion making classes, craft stalls, food stalls, bars, funfair and much much more.

Battersea Park Fireworks Returns on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November 2024!
London, October 8th 2024 – Wandsworth Council’s Battersea Park Fireworks, South London’s most anticipated annual event, is back and more thrilling than ever! This year’s pre and post-show entertainment is bigger and better, with even more performances across our Show Stage and Big Top, ensuring an unforgettable weekend.
All this and more in our Whizzbang Wonderland area, which stays open until 11:30PM on Saturday and 9:30pm on Sunday this year. Read on to view the line-up!
Join us on Saturday 2nd November and Sunday 3rd November for an explosive weekend packed with dazzling fireworks, live performances, and plenty of family fun. Whether you’re looking for a sparkling Saturday night or a family-friendly Sunday, this year’s event is guaranteed to light up the sky in unforgettable fashion.
Saturday 2nd November: Fireworks Night
Doors 6pm, display approx. 8.30pm
Experience the awe-inspiring fireworks display on Saturday, created by the same team behind London’s famous New Year’s Eve show, Titanium Fireworks. The spectacle will be accompanied by live music, fairground rides, and a range of delicious food, warming drinks and tipples to keep you cosy. But that’s not all—this year’s pre-show entertainment is bigger and better than ever, with even more performances.
Post-show the afterparty is set to be unforgettable under The Big Top Tent with MASSAOKE®️ – the ultimate sing-along! Known for touring worldwide and performing at top festivals like Glastonbury and Edinburgh Fringe, MASSAOKE®️ is set to deliver a show packed with sequins, spandex, and hairbrush anthems. Sing along to your favorite hits with lyrics on giant screens while the band lights up the stage. After you’ve sung your heart out at Massaoke, enjoy a spinning session from our resident Fireworks DJ keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed! Enjoy drinks from our bar and a boogie on the dancefloor at Whizzbang Wonderland until 11:30pm.

Sunday 3rd November: Family Fireworks Night
Doors 4.30pm, display approx 7.00pm
Sunday brings a more relaxed and family-focused atmosphere, perfect for all ages. Enjoy a special selection of kid-friendly fun and entertainment, culminating in a unique and dazzling fireworks display. Fairground rides, tasty treats, and warming beverages will be available throughout the evening to make sure there’s something for everyone.
Our youngest fans won’t want to miss Octonauts: To Your Stations! We’re excited to welcome a live adventure with Captain Barnacles and Kwazii, who invite you to become Octonaut Cadets! This interactive experience encourages audience participation, transporting you into the Octo Station and a world of ocean exploration. Character appearances will take place at intervals throughout the evening, each lasting approximately 15 minutes, ahead of our fireworks display. Expect stories, singalongs and more!
Amazelab at illuminate the Gardens – Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November 2024
Amazelab are proving a free of charge children’s/family activity in the kids activity tent at the event at illuminate the Gardens 2024.
The event is a drop in workshop aimed at 5-11 year olds and their families taking place between 4:30-8pm. This year’s theme is hidden treasures, so we’ll be making private ships. They are fun to make, great to take away, look great sailing in the trays on the water plus packed full of creativity and learning – forces, weight, buoyancy, gravity, centre of mass and density.

Danson Park Fireworks – Kent – 2nd November 2024 – Bonfire Night Activities for Kids
Wrap up warm and come along with family and friends to the annual Danson Park Fireworks display! Easily the biggest Charitable Fireworks display in the South East! Watch the stunning, choreographed to music display dance above the still waters of the beautiful Danson Lake for 20 minutes.
Gates open at 5pm with stalls, food, drink, funfair and our event hosts MaritimeRadio to entertain you until the display starts at 8pm.
Please remember, there is no parking within Danson Park, and the surrounding streets have parking restrictions – use public transport or walk if you can.
Tickets are not available on the night, you must purchase your ticket in advance. Tickets are only available from Skiddle.
Dogs cannot be admitted for safety reasons. No alcohol, sparklers or personal fireworks allowed. Security searches will be in force, please help us offer a fun, safe night for everyone.

♿ Accessibility: The event has disabled access, and guests with additional needs are welcome. We have secured limited disabled parking for blue badge holders, which, although free, requires a ticket to ensure we can monitor availability. These are strictly first come, first served.
🔊 Important Note: The event will involve bright flashes and loud noises. We recommend ear defenders for those who might react adversely to the pops and bangs.

Low Bangs Fireworks at Godstone Farm – Friday 26th and Saturday 27th October – Guildford
Godstone Farm Fireworks 2024
Join Godstone Farm for a magical evening this October half term – and enjoy a fantastic low bang fireworks event!Perfect for families, young children and those sensitive to noise, the display offers stunning effects without the loud noises. The fun starts with a pre-show and there’ll be dancing and games for everyone.
YouTube sensation and all-round party entertainer, Captain Fantastic will be joining the stage to entertain with magic and comedy, plus there’s a mesmerising fire display and a captivating stilt walker lined up!

Low Bangs Fireworks run on 26th and 27th October this year – that’s the first Saturday and Sunday of our October half term. HALLOWEEN FIREWORKS AT THE HERNE HILL VELODROME – Saturday 29th October 2024
This historic and iconic South London venue is the last surviving facility from the 1948 Olympics. With hundreds of available seats and the banking of the track giving plenty of tiered vantage points, the Herne Hill Velodrome is the ideal venue for a fireworks display.

The Friends of Herne Hill Velodrome are part of the Herne Hill Velodrome Trust, a registered charity. The funds we raise are used to support the Velodrome and to promote cycling in the wider community. Recent initiatives include funding track sessions for Lewisham Foster Care and the development of Mountain Bike trails at the HHV to encourage younger kids to have fun getting active.
Tickets are £10 and under 16s £1 but must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets only available in advance.

There will be no parking at the Velodrome and parking in the local area is limited. We recommend people walk, cycle or come by public transport. We are a short walk from Herne Hill, North Dulwich and West Dulwich train stations. Buses 3 & 201 to Croxted Road/Turney Road, 37 to Half Moon Lane/Burbage Road.
