Activity Description

Our Little Dragons programme is specially designed for children aged 4–6, giving them a fun and positive introduction to martial arts while helping them develop important skills for life.
Each class is energetic, structured and packed with age-appropriate activities. Children will learn basic martial arts techniques through fun drills, games and challenges designed to improve balance, co-ordination, fitness, focus and listening skills. They’ll also begin learning the values at the heart of martial arts, including respect, courtesy, perseverance, self-control and confidence.
At Aspire Martial Arts, we understand that every Little Dragon develops at their own pace. Our experienced instructors create an encouraging environment where children can make friends, celebrate their achievements and gradually become more confident and independent.
