LYRICAL DANCE Classes – Abstract Dance & Performing Arts

Activity Description

2 weeks £5 trials – Lyrical Dance is an excellent genre for developing performance skills, creativity and emotional expression, complementing training in ballet, modern, contemporary and musical theatre. At Abstract, we provide a supportive and inspiring environment where students can grow in confidence, artistry and technique. There may also be opportunities to work towards a Lyrical Dance Performance Award with the National Performing Arts Alliance, recognising students’ commitment, creativity and performance achievements. Students will also have the opportunity, should they wish, to participate in up to two local friendly dance competitions each year, providing valuable performance experience and helping them develop confidence, stage presence and performance maturity in a positive and encouraging environment.
