Activity Description

At PQA Penryn & Falmouth, we believe every child has a story to tell, and we give them the stage, screen and confidence to tell it.

From age six, students join our main academy, training across musical theatre, filmmaking and comedy and drama. Every session is built around building self confidence through creativity, with a strong focus on friendship and teamwork alongside skill development.

As students grow, so does their journey with us. Our six to nine year olds have fun at the heart of everything they do, discovering a love of performance in a warm, supportive environment. Our ten to twelve year olds build on this foundation, developing real self belief and confidence as their skills progress. Our thirteen to eighteen year olds (Red Group) take this further still, with training that becomes more focused and driven, shifting towards clear pathways and progression into the performing arts industry. For those with other ambitions, the skills and life skills they’ve built with us, confidence, discipline, teamwork and creativity, cross over just as powerfully into any industry they choose.

But whatever their age or path, every student at PQA Penryn & Falmouth has a place where they belong, a room they want to walk into, and friends who feel like family. That’s what we’re all about: creativity, confidence, community, and watching young performers grow.
