Activity Description

Following the Associated Board of Dance syllabus, Tap is a lively and rhythmic dance style taught at Centre Stage that allows students to become both dancers and musicians. Tap focuses on creating intricate and expressive sounds with the feet, helping dancers develop a strong sense of timing, musicality, and coordination. Rooted in tradition but constantly evolving, tap is a fun and challenging discipline that enhances precision, concentration, and listening skills from an early age.
