5 Days of Real Aviation Adventure

Get ready for an exciting week of flying, engineering, investigation, and aviation challenges at Sherburn Airfield. This immersive holiday club gives students the chance to step into the shoes of pilots, engineers, investigators, and air traffic controllers through hands-on activities, simulator flying, and exciting real-world aviation experiences.

Based at a live operational airfield, students will explore how aircraft are flown, tested, maintained, and operated safely while experiencing aviation where it really happens.

Students can expect themed activities including Test Pilot Challenges, Aircraft Accident Investigation, Airliner Simulator Flying, Aircraft Engineering & RC Flying, and Air Traffic Control Experiences (themes subject to change).

Along the way, students will enjoy:
