Fun for all ages, come and learn more about Nowruz with Persian-inspired crafts!
As part of our Nowruz Family Day and our Sunday Fun-Day series, we’re pleased to welcome Iranian-British artist and educator Nia Fekri.
Join Nia to make your own ‘living’ spring sculpture using colourful collage and wire.
Inspired by Nowruz, the Persian New Year and the start of spring, we’ll think about the changing seasons, new beginnings and the symbols people use to celebrate. Children will create their own shapes and simple wishes for the year ahead.
This free workshop is a great way to celebrate (or introduce) Persian New Year with your little ones.
Drop on in between 11pm to 3pm, and please bring your parents or carers – no unaccompanied children.
