Activity Description

Build a Brand is a creative branding and media programme for young people in Manchester, delivered by Rekindle.

Through practical workshops and hands-on activities, participants explore how brands are created, how messages are shaped, and how stories are told across digital platforms. Young people learn about branding, design, content creation and communication, while developing confidence, creativity and critical thinking skills.

Build a Brand encourages participants to think about identity, values and audience, supporting them to develop ideas that reflect who they are and what they care about. Sessions are collaborative, inclusive and designed to be accessible, with no prior experience needed. The focus is on learning by doing – experimenting, sharing ideas and building skills in a supportive environment.

Build a Brand supports young people to gain real-world creative skills, improve communication and work as part of a team. The programme is delivered by Rekindle, a UK charity with extensive experience in youth-led, community-based learning.
