Activity Description

Inspiring 3-day Netball academy for ages 7-14 years

Our coaching programme is designed to develop confident, skilled, and well-rounded young players. Through a focus on fundamental movement and sport-specific techniques, we help children grow into competent and strategic athletes.

We use small-sided invasion games and extensive match play to build an understanding of team dynamics and positional strategies. Our sessions are delivered in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment, where players are encouraged to learn, practice, and apply new skills.

Programme Focus Areas:
-Fundamental Skills: Catching, footwork, and passing
-Attacking Play: Techniques and positional awareness
-Defensive Play: Skills and positioning strategies
-Mid-Court Play: Roles and responsibilities in transition
-Shooting: Technique and decision-making under pressure
-Centre Pass: Tactical execution and movement
-Game Play: Strategy, teamwork, and in-game tactics

Our coaching team are happy to help athletes who have a specific area or skill that they would like to develop. Please speak to the Lead Coach when signing in on the first day of the Academy.
