Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Sessions – Meet other mums. Feel fitter. Have a drink and chat.
Classes run every Tuesday at St Catherine’s Church hall.
Sessions are suitable for both pregnant and postnatal women. Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!
You can bring your baby along to the class too.
