Jordan Tully

Jordan Tully - Club Hub Awards judge

Hi, I’m Jordan Tully. Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in all things early years, where I’ve been fortunate to learn and grow along the way. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to take on various roles, advancing to senior levels of group setting management. In these roles, I’ve worked diligently to uphold standards of quality and operational efficiency.

I take great pride in paying attention to the finer details and holding myself to high standards. Leading teams across different regions, I’ve had the chance to oversee operations for numerous nurseries, working alongside dedicated staff members. Together, we’ve cultivated environments that prioritise collaboration, innovation, and ongoing development.

Beyond my managerial responsibilities, as Operations Director, Toots Day Nursery Group OPCO,  I have a deep-seated passion for contributing to the advancement of the early years sector. Whether it’s through sharing insights at conferences, facilitating seminars, or hosting webinars, I’m committed to giving back to the community that has given me so much. Recently, I’ve had the privilege of launching the ‘Exploring Early Years With Jordan Tully’ Podcast, where I aim to facilitate meaningful discussions on topics that are shaping our sector.
