1.Will we be able to get off the bus?
No, the bus is only permitted to pick up/drop off passengers at our designated locations.
2.Is there a changing facility on board?
Yes, but this is for emergency use only. We would advise changing nappies prior to boarding the bus
3.Is there somewhere to park our buggy?
Yes, but due to limited space on board the bus, we only have room for foldable buggies.
4.Are there seatbelts for the children?
No, we operate a 1960’s classic Routemaster bus, which was not fitted with seatbelts. We are not required to install seatbelts for health and safety. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents’ laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.
5.Would you advise having two children per adult maximum?
This is at parents’ discretion. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. 6.Is there a first aider on board?
Yes, all staff on board are trained in first aid.

Yes. Please mention dietary requirements upon booking, but in the case we cannot meet your needs, own food is permitted.
8.I would love to book a Peppa bus tour – why is it only for over 5’s?
We accept children from 2 years old on board our Peppa Pig afternoon tea bus tour. We do not accept children under 5 years old on board our Classic afternoon tea bus tours, so please make sure you select the right tour. You should always see the Peppa Pig icon when selecting your tour and bear in mind that our Peppa Pig tours are always departing from Somerset House by Victoria Embankment at 12:15, 14:45 and occasionally 17:30, any other tour is not the Peppa Pig afternoon tea bus tour.
9.I’m trying to book Peppa tour can you please tell me when there’s availability?

10.Do you allow babies on board?
We do not allow babies on board. We only allow children from 2 years of age on our Peppa Pig afternoon tea bus tours and children from 5 years old for the Classic afternoon tea bus tours.
