Activity Description

Athletix Kidz is a played based Athletics programme for ages 2 ½ – 10 years old. Athletix Kidz endeavours to establish a robust foundation for a lifelong love of sport and a healthy active lifestyle. Athletics forms a large part of any fundamental movement which is a great platform for all sports.

Athletix Kidz (Ages 2.5 – 7)
We focus on building fundamental athletic skills through a range of engaging activities. Children will participate in exciting warm-up games, dynamic running, jumping, and throwing challenges that help them develop coordination, balance, and agility. Our sessions are designed to be fun, supportive, and stimulating, incorporating colours and playful counting activities for the 2 ½ – 4 age group category to foster both physical and cognitive growth. Each session promotes confidence and skill-building in an environment where children are encouraged to thrive while having a blast.

Athletix Academy (Ages 7 – 10):
The Athletix Academy is tailored for older children, providing more advanced technical coaching to refine their athletic abilities. Our programme incorporates a wide range of activities that also enhance speed, agility, and reaction time, laying a strong foundation for success in any sport. This holistic approach ensures that children not only master the fundamentals of traditional athletics but also build essential skills that enhance their overall athletic performance in future.
