Infant Massage Classes

Activity Description

Classes take place within a warm and cosy environment based in Sidcup.

My classes offer a safe and inviting space for parents to meet, as well as spending some special bonding time with their babies.

All classes are completely baby-led and I invite you to tend to your baby’s needs throughout. You will learn all about the many wonderful benefits of massage for you and your baby, massage strokes, how massage can relieve pain and discomfort, gas/colic relief routine and some gentle movements based on the principles of yoga. All whilst enjoying a hot drink and some refreshments!

Each class comes with Keepsakes from every session and guest speaker with health promotion advice/nuggets
