Hi, congratulations of your pregnancy or new baby. I’m a doula, yoga teacher and embodiment coach who’s spent the past 16+ years working with pregnant women, birthing families and people during the postpartum months and years to help them feel more comfortable in their bodies and lives.

I run • HYPNOBIRTHING classes and courses • 1-2-1 BIRTH COACHING using embodiment techniques and antenatal education • PREGNANCY/POSTNATAL YOGA online and in Frome, Somerset • PREGNANCY MASSAGE in person in Frome, Bath and Bristol • ANTENATAL CLASSES and 1-2-1s in person and online • I’m also a BIRTH DOULA and POSTNATAL DOULA within walking distance of my home.
