At Mitchy Titch, we believe in the power of stories to ignite imaginations and bring yoga to life.

That’s why in our sessions Mitchy Titch and our leaders take you on an adventure through yoga poses and flows, stories, and games!

Throughout the sessions, you’ll teach yoga stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, all infused with interactive songs and captivating stories to keep things fun and engaging.

It’s a wonderful way to help families and carers bond and create beautiful memories together!

Family is at the heart of Mitchy Titch, and our sessions are designed to strengthen the bonds between parents/carers and children. From baby yoga for our tiniest adventurers to special sessions for toddlers and pre-schoolers, Mitchy Titch offers something for every member of the family.

We even  work with Children from age 4/5 up to age 12 in nurseries, schools and home school settings and all our classes follow the (EYFS) Early Years Foundation Stages as set out by the government in order to aid development and learning and promote a physically active lifestyle
