Club Hub UK – Parent & Carer Terms

Last updated: [28th January 2026]

These Terms apply to parents, carers and other users (“you”) who browse, search or book activities via Club Hub UK.

1. About Club Hub UK

Club Hub UK is operated by Hub Works Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Club Hub UK is an online directory and marketplace that helps parents and carers discover children’s activities, clubs, classes, services and events.

We do not provide the activities listed.

2. How Club Hub UK Works

  • Providers list their own activities and services

  • Parents and carers contact or book Providers directly

  • Any agreement is solely between you and the Provider

Club Hub UK is not a party to bookings, payments or disputes.

3. Choosing a Provider – Important Guidance

We encourage parents and carers to make informed decisions when choosing a Provider. We recommend that you:

  • Check relevant qualifications, experience and training

  • Ask about safeguarding and child protection policies

  • Confirm appropriate public liability insurance

  • Ask whether DBS checks are carried out, where applicable

  • Read reviews, recognising these reflect individual experiences

  • Speak directly with the Provider to ensure suitability for your child

Some Providers may be members of professional bodies such as the Children’s Activities Association (CAA), which promotes best practice in safeguarding, health and safety and professional standards. Membership can be a helpful indicator but is not a guarantee of suitability or safety.

4. Trust Badges, Logos and Awards

Some Providers may display badges or logos relating to:

  • Professional memberships (e.g. CAA)

  • Club Hub Awards (finalist, winner or nominee)

These are displayed for information only.

  • They do not constitute endorsement or approval by Club Hub UK

  • They do not guarantee quality, safety or suitability

  • Club Hub UK does not independently verify memberships unless explicitly stated

Club Hub Awards recognise excellence at a specific point in time and do not represent ongoing monitoring.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences and should not be relied upon as verification of qualifications, safeguarding or professional standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Club Hub UK is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Providers

  • We are not liable for the quality, safety or delivery of activities

  • We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations or injuries

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
