Unity Gymnastics Academy Plymouth, we are a a community interest and offer a range of classes for you to enjoy.

Our mission is to create opportunities that make gymnastics accessible to all ages and abilities in Plymouth. We hold inclusivity at the core of our values and encourage everybody to start their gymnastics journey with us. We want to welcome you into an environment that feels safe, relaxed and fun.

We believe that gymnastics has so much to offer young people: from life skills such as goal setting and building a strong work ethic; to physical benefits like keeping fit. Having been in the sport personally since we were young, we have first-hand experience of the positive impact and family setting that this sport can offer to us.

Unfortunately there is a stigma with gymnastics that you must be a certain physical build to succeed. We disagree! At Unity, our aim is to bring people of all physical abilities and backgrounds together; we want to share with them everything that gymnastics has to offer in a safe and welcoming environment.

General Gymnastics does not have a benchmark, age, gender, race, or ability, and neither do our classes. We uphold a ‘Gymnastics For All’ stature and hold this at the forefront of our classes.

Classes we offer:
Parent and toddler under 5s
Gymnastics for all. ages 4 to 16years
Ninja/parkour sessions ages 7 to 16 years
