Dance Explosion – Kids Dance Classes in Aberdeen

Dance Explosion is a freestyle dance school based in Aberdeen offering freestyle disco and slow dance classes for children aged 3 up to 16.

My classes offer a fun and friendly environment for the children with an energetic dance style that will increase fitness levels and flexibility, build confidence, along with making new friends.

I offer a wide range of classes from beginners and just for fun classes through to competitive classes and 1-to-1 private lessons for competition team members.

Kippie Lodge – Family Sports Club in Aberdeen

Kippie Lodge is Aberdeen’s leading sports & country club offering the widest range of facilities and activities to its members. One of its main attractions to families is the extensive coaching schedule for kids running throughout the year. Classes range from tennis, golf, swimming lessons, dance fusion and much more. Scamps Out of School Care – Holiday Clubs in Aberdeen

Scamps was established in 1988 and is based in the Beechgrove Scout Hut in the West End of Aberdeen; Scamps is a privately run Out of School Care and Holiday Club for primary school aged children; providing much needed care and support for working parents.  We provide a warm, friendly, professional, home-from-home environment as well as an active range of engaging activities with our team of fully trained & qualified staff.

Open from 8am – 6pm during all school In-Service days and most holidays except 2 weeks at Christmas & New Year and the last 2 weeks of the summer.

During Holiday Clubs we offer a hugely varied range of activities and trips such as Kitchen Science & STEM, Arts & Crafts, Water Colour painting, Board games, Reading, Football, Dance, Movies, Loose Parts Play, Den building, Dressing up, Imaginative Play, Outdoor Play, Campfires, Gardening & Conservation and Bio Diversity Projects.

Storyland Express – Storytelling and Sensory Classes

Come to our award winning, amazing classes for 0 to 5 year olds.  We run 45 minute, interactive musical, storytelling adventures.  Where will we go?  Who will we be?  What will we see?

We have live puppet shows each week that you join in with as we role play, dance, sing, play instruments and have wonderful sensory experiences.  There are light shows, bubbles, parachute, fabulous props and puppets for everyone to join in the fun with.   We have a different story each week.  There are classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.

Run and developed by a Primary Teacher and Early Years Educators.  All our sessions are planned carefully to include the best developmental resources, play activities and early language experiences.
