Baby Squids – Exeter Kids Swimming Lessons
Our swimming classes are designed to provide a great opportunity for you to bond with your child and are open to children right the way through from birth to 4 years of age.
Baby Squids have a love and passion for the water, and want to share that. Our teachers are passionate about developing your child’s skills and confidence, and we welcome your input and feedback as we travel on the Baby Squids journey together. It goes without saying that all our staff are fully qualified swim teachers, but it is also important that they have empathy, provide you with a warm welcome at every class and support you and your child to get the most out of your Baby Squids experience.
DanSci Dance Studio’s – Exeter Kids Clubs and Activities
Award winning DanSci Dance Studio’s classes are for all ages to enjoy.
Our empowering dance classes in Exeter bring the magic of dance to you whether you are just toddling or enjoying years of grooving. With weekly dance sessions in styles ranging from acrobatics, ballet, cheer, contemporary, musical theatre tap, street dance and more for both adults and children. Open six days a week. We offer three-week trials so your child can settle into the best class for them. Monthly discounts for multiple classes per week.
We are proud to be the home to babyballet Exeter and LilBeatz Ex both the most fantastic dance programmes for under 6-year-olds who are ready to take their first steps in ballet or Hip-Hop dance.
DanSci also run several groups, home educated sessions, SEN & ability dance, plus exciting one-off workshops, events parties and of course our school holiday dance camps and intensives; all housed within our professional studios with onsite cafe and dance wear shop.
All staff are fully qualified in their specialist dance genres, hold valid DBS checks, first aid and infection control for children’s Activity Providers certificates as a minimum.

Drama Tots East Devon and Exeter – Exeter Preschool Drama and Music Class
Drama Tots provides award-winning drama, music and imaginative play classes for children aged 18 months to 5 Years. We combine music, movement and creative play to allow your child to be imaginative, gain confidence and have fun in a friendly and nurturing environment.We use a fantastic range of props, puppets and instruments to bring our adventures to life. The Drama Tots programme has been carefully written using the Early Year Foundations Stage Curriculum. When children play ‘make-believe’, they are learning about themselves and the world around them.

Football Fun Factory Exeter
The Football Fun Factory delivers truly unique experiences, including our Football Fun Camps during the school holidays!
Your little football star will have the time of their life, experiencing our fun and exciting football inflatable activities. They can aim high on our dartboard, jump around on our goal and play football and fun games inside our inflatable pitch!
In addition to our inflatables we play more traditional football activities, mini matches as well as playing team games and we always have a quiet corner for arts, crafts.
Our camps are for children aged 5-12 years and held at Isca Academy in Exeter.
We always offer a 50% sibling discount at every camp.

Gone Wild Festival – Powderham Castle, Exeter
The festival is packed with a range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy, including kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the Exe Estuary, Be Military Fit family group workouts, a purpose-built obstacle course, open water swimming and climbing. Expert instructors from the Bear Grylls Survival Academy will teach children and adults essential survival skills such as shelter building, fire lighting and campfire cooking.
The main stage will host an incredible line up of chart-topping bands each year. And that’s not all… festival-goers can also get inspired by world-famous explorers and adventurers, who will be sharing amazing stories and leading activities.

Little Adventures Play Café – Exeter Kids Clubs and Activities
Little Adventures Play Café is a Montessori inspired play café where adventure and curiosity are at our hearts. Immerse yourselves into learning through play, role play, open ended experiences perfect for the growing mind. With a special baby area, toddler area and older pre-school/schoolers area there is something for everyone! Beautiful changing area with twinkly lights and fully feeding friendly – perfect prep machine also available as are baby weighing scales.

SportyStars – Exeter Kids Holiday Club
Our popular and award winning multi activity holiday camp, will be held at Clyst Heath School this summer, in Exeter. It is available for all children aged 4 (R) – 12, across Exeter and East Devon. Children can expect a range of exciting activities including; Sports, Arts & Crafts, Archery, Nerf, Bouncy Castle, Zorbing and More.
We have extended our hours to 8:15am – 17:15pm, to try and work around a working day for parents. Collection and pick up must be from outside the main gates and can be flexible within this time period.

Theatretrain Exeter – Exeter Kids Clubs and Activities
Theatretrain Exeter is a part-time Performing Arts school that provides lessons in acting, singing and dancing for children aged 4-18 every Saturday morning. We have been running since 2017 and in that time we have already performed in our own local show (Annie), on TV (Don’t Tell The Bride), at Disneyland Paris (Let’s Sing Christmas) and at the Royal Albert Hall (Move!).
We have also been to New York and are currently looking forward to a trip to Switzerland in 2022. Not only do we provide great opportunities for our students to perform, we also help develop the valuable life-skills of communication, resilience, confidence, self-esteem, empathy, teamwork, focus and courage. With a team of professional teachers, Theatretrain is a fun, friendly and safe place for children to explore their creativity. The Outdoors Group – Forest School Sessions For All Ages
The Outdoors Group has been running Forest School activities for over 10 years now for the children and young people of Exeter and the surrounding area! With sites based at Exmouth, Escot, Okehampton and Totnes, they offer Toddler Clubs for parents to attend with their little ones, Home Education groups for children to attend by themselves, Holiday Clubs every school holiday and Birthday Parties at the weekends.
Our ethos for all our sessions is that we remain as child-led as possible so a large part of our provision is focused on allowing children the space and freedom to play in the great outdoors however they want; to be swinging on our swings, climbing trees, bouncing on cargo nets, making mud pies in the mud kitchens, paddling in streams, building dens and relaxing in hammocks. But we also always have an activity or two up our sleeves as well – whether that’s a spot of woodwork and whittling, campfire cooking, fire lighting or team games, there’s always something to do. No two sessions are the same, the only constant is the smiling faces and muddy hands traipsing back to the car park at the end of the day!
We encourage children to build up their self-confidence and resilience, to make new friends, to take part in activities they haven’t done before and all whilst having a great time. Whether your little one is just starting to walk, and you’d like to do something a little different with them to bond and explore the outdoors together or you’re looking for a holiday provision for an older one to let off steam, we’ve got you covered.
