Devon Pumpkin Picking offers more than the average patch. With family photoshoots, delicious homemade food and drink and a welly throwing competition to win your pumpkin, alongside of course pick-your-own pumpkins, this is a fun filled day out for couples, families and groups of people looking to make the most of pumpkin season.
Run by Richard and Emily from South Devon, this is their first year opening the gates to the public, and first time growing pumpkins! Richard is an experienced agronomist working with farms across England. He has grown the pumpkins at Devon Pumpkin Picking without the use of plastic, keeping things as green as can be (and weeding tirelessly by hand…)! Emily is a professional photographer well-known throughout the South West for her family, faming, wedding and business photography.
Their aim is to combine their skills and offer something for everyone at Devon Pumpkin Picking. There’s plenty of parking so easy access for families with small children, a seating area for munching and rest breaks, and freshly prepared food and drink available in the patch.
