art-K nurtures children’s love of art through weekly art classes and holiday art workshops. We teach children aged 6-18 in our dedicated art studios. As the UK’s leading art tuition service, we pride ourselves in treating every child individually and creating an inspirational, creative hub where ideas become reality!
Our approach: We’ve developed our art programme for over 20 years, based on an understanding of child development, child engagement, visual skills and artistic techniques. Our students learn in a class environment that is encouraging, inclusive and non-competitive – so every child can go at their own pace, developing their unique skill-set. Over time, our students grow significantly in confidence, expression and creativity!
Our classes: Our weekly classes run during termtime – after school on weekdays, and daytime at weekends. Every child is unique and has their own creative ideas! With our weekly classes we’re able to support our students’ creativity through teaching techniques and supporting experimentation which builds confidence and self-expression.
In school holidays, our daytime holiday workshops give students the chance to design and create a finished piece of work in a fun, creative environment! Children pick from an exciting range of projects (from clay or papier mache sculpture, to painting or printing projects) and take home their artwork at the end of the session.

“Everything starts with a dot…” At Dot Kids we are passionate about inspiring children through art, discussion & mindset. We have established a unique and successful approach to Arts Education which is founded on the principles that we are all artists at heart.
Children are mentored to discover their own unique approach, encouraging creative confidence & freedom.
Through a vibrant discovery of inspirational artists throughout art history, the children’s creativity, self-expression and discussion is encouraged.
Our Art Program reframes mindset and enhances the connection of well-being & creativity. We teach the children to recognise ‘mistakes’ as learning opportunities, celebrate each others uniqueness and support one another.
At Dot Kids we experiment with many mediums; painting on canvas, drawing, charcoal, clay, sculpture, mixed media, animation, collage and more.
What Dot Kids parents are saying:
“You have literally saved my daughter during lockdown – Her spark for Art is just amazing and we have a gallery wall taking up almost the first floor of our house and it’s beautiful! Thank you!”
Nikki, Ramsgate

FRESH is a lively independent weekly art club for children aged 6-12yrs in Ealing, West London. Started in 2013, Anna began running popular and lively lunchtime and after-school art clubs for primary school children. From these beginnings, FRESH has grown into a packed programme of fun after-school, online, weekend and holiday art clubs.
We are very much a club and not a classroom – during their sessions the children try out and explore a wide variety of different and exciting techniques, materials and themes. All styles of working are encouraged and supported – our focus is about giving the children creative freedom, a chance to relax and chat, enjoy themselves and nurture a sense of pride and satisfaction in their work.
Founder Anna has a BA (Hons) Degree in Surface Pattern and Printed Textiles and has been running popular and lively art clubs for primary school children at lunchtimes and after school since 2013, adding Saturday’s in 2018.
She is a qualified teaching assistant – with experience of working in both primary and high schools. Before teaching, she worked in fashion and retail focusing on the creative aspects of visual merchandising and display.

The Art Class Academy is an Arts education company that is fuelled by a passion for all things creative. We run children’s classes with a difference. Our little artists explore the work of artists new and old, and learn to create works of art inspired by them. Whether that is through drawing, painting, printmaking or sculpture. As an artist and highly experienced lead teacher (and more importantly a dad of two!), I set a curriculum that is fun and exciting. We use materials that are high quality as it does make a difference!
This summer we will be holding our Kid’s Summer Club at the wonderful Hagley Scout Hut, near Stourbridge, on the boundary between North Worcestershire and West Midlands. The classes run Monday to Wednesday, 9am to noon each week of the holidays. The classes are aimed at Key Stage 1 and 2 artists, with the groups being split into two age brackets. This enables us to teach age specific tasks.
Bookings are taken for the week and are available at theartclass.net/book-
Our website is theartclass.net or pop on over to our social media pages facebook.com/theartclass.
