You can use Free tools such as Google Trends to choose the most optimised title and description for your activity.
You can also add a permanent guest post on our blog with as many backlinks as you like for just £100 + VAT one off fee. Submit your guest post content here and see examples over on our blog.
Or add a click through advert on the sidebar or footer of our website. This is seen by parents and providers across the whole of the UK.
If you are a Gold Member we will give you SEO Support and help with your online visibility and brand awareness.
Social Media Engagement
Use our hashtag #ClubHubMember in your social media posts and we will engage with them as much as we can. Tag us @clubhubuk in your Instagram and Facebook stories and we will share them.
We also have lots of popular Facebook Groups for you to share your details in whenever you like.

If you are signed up with Trustist you can add your reviews link to all your Club Hub listings. This enables the star rating on web engine search results such as Google and helps your SEO and rankings. Email [email protected] to ask for your widget code.
Events & Awards
Celebrate your milestones and achievements. You will need to be a Club Hub Member to enter our awards. Applications for the Club Hub Awards 2025 open October 1st 2024 and our Club Hub Event will be on the 10th May 2025 in Birmingham. A full day of workshops, networking, speakers and awards. Targeted Marketing
Our directory uses targeted marketing based on proximity so you get maximum exposure for your activities and classes to the local people you want. We received over 1 million visitors in 2023, a 25% increase on 2022.
Make sure you have selected the “Click Here to Place Pin with Address” button when adding and editing listings. Search for your listings on our website and app to check they are correct.
Social Media Links
Add your Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter) pages to your Club Hub listings, giving parents as many options to contact you as possible.
Uploading Listings
Upload any type of activity for antenatal to 18 years with all your details listed. These are published on our multi-award winning app and website. We are not a booking system, we lead parents, carers, schools and nurseries to contact you. You can track these via your ‘Click Stats’ on your user dashboard. We received 87,288 bookings or messages in 2023, a 58% increase on 2022.
You can upload 1 Listing as a Bronze Member, up to 5 listings as a Silver Member and up to 10 listings as a Gold Member.
Once you have uploaded your first Club Hub listing, you can go to your dashboard and click the square ‘clone’ button to duplicate it and add more locations.
Choosing Categories
Parents input their location, child’s age and select a category to find kids clubs and activities local to them on our Club Hub website and app. The more relevant categories you choose to have your listing included in, the more search results you will be found in. Resulting in more bookings and leads for your business.
You can select 1 category as a Bronze Member, up to 5 categories as a Silver Member and unlimited categories as a Gold Member.
Adding a Video Link
We thoroughly recommend adding a YouTube or Vimeo Link to your Club Hub listings. This boosts customer engagement and increases time spent viewing your details which helps convert sales.
This is only available to Silver and Gold Members.
The Book Now Button
If you are not a Silver or Gold Member. We recommend upgrading to our web link package which is just £3 (incl VAT) per listing per year. It adds a green ‘Book Now’ button on your Club Hub listing with your website link or booking link. This acts as a backlink on our website that will help with your S.E.O and rankings. Upgrade to the web link package now via your dashboard.
