Join us for an unforgettable Summer Science Camp in London, where young architects and scientists aged 5–14 explore the extraordinary relationship between design, materials, and the built world! Little House of Science presents When Science Meets Architecture: Shapes, Materials and Cities of the Future — five days of hands-on creativity covering structural engineering, architectural history, biomimicry, and the cities we will one day inhabit.
Over the week, children discover how ancient Romans built arches that still stand today, why the Tower of Pisa leans without falling, how nature inspires the most innovative buildings on Earth, and what the cities of tomorrow might look like. Each day brings new experiments, visionary designers, and structural challenges — from Gaudi’s impossible curves to Zaha Hadid’s fluid forms, from beaver dams to space architecture.
Our Summer Science Camp offers age-adjusted classes for two groups (ages 5–7 and 8–14), so every child is perfectly challenged. Expert instructors reveal the science hidden inside every bridge, tower, and dome in ways that are creative, hands-on, and genuinely inspiring.
Children leave seeing the world around them with entirely new eyes — noticing the engineering in every building they pass, the geometry in every bridge, and the possibility in every skyline. This Summer Science Camp fills up fast — book early to avoid disappointment.
