Summer Holiday Film Camp – Fulham

Activity Description

Expect the unexpected on this intrepid week of space exploration. Continuing on from last year’s 2 weeks of planet hiking and bumping into ginormous galactic gods, a new crew of astronauts will be visiting unexplained phenomena on their light speed capable universe traipsing vessel.

This is Science Fiction filmmaking with unlimited scope for creativity whilst learning how to plan and form a cohesive narrative / use professional film kit and build sets, special effects, musical scores and foley design. All of this in a fantastic studio with outdoor space and an amazing team of musicians and filmmakers

This five day Camp will run at Kensington Prep School in Fulham. We have capacity for young 20 filmmakers, with stages, outdoor space, music room, art room and more. Children will come up with the idea for the film, develop the storyboard, plan and stage the production. They will be introduced to the complete filming process and learn about using the camera, setting up the lights, capturing the sound and making sound effects as well as the roles of cast and crew. Hands on filmmaking fun!
