Activity Description

In person private Hypnobirthing classes in the comfort of your own home (available to those living in South East London) or via Zoom.

Hypnobirthing is a comprehensive and evidence-based antenatal education to get you feeling confident, calm and prepared for birth.

You will receive:
10 hours of antenatal education (4x 2.5 hour weekly sessions)
