Swiss Balls are a brilliant way of keeping your hips and pelvis flexible and supple throughout pregnancy. They are also fantastic in all stages of labour too – from helping to open up the pelvis and create space, to supporting you in swaying and moving to help baby drop down ready for birth.
Our workout will use the Swiss Ball to help distribute your weight more evenly, relieving spinal pressure and easing any back pain or pregnancy niggles. And our gentle movement section also promotes blood flow to the baby via the placenta.
