Activity Description

Primary Ballet Class for children aged 5-6 years (Reception/Y1).

The beginning of the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. This  structured primary ballet class develops students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression and musicality using a range of movements and musical styles. The syllabi prepares students for a successful transition to syllabus ballet and other dance genres at higher levels.

A Class Award is offered to students who are the correct age, prepared and ready after four terms. This is the perfect introduction to a ballet exam environment together with their teacher in a fun atmosphere. Class Awards and examinations are optional.
