Activity Description

This empowering online 2 day challenge will enable you to have your perfect Birth Support Plan written out, explained and ready for your birth. You will be more confident in your decisions, able to communicate your needs and ask for the support you require from your birth team for a fully empowered confident birth.

This course is held online in a private Facebook group set in a fun and simple way with challenges and games with fun rewards throughout.

The course is completely free and held regularly throughout the year.

Each group is limited in numbers to provide a more personalised approach and groups fill fast.
