A postnatal Bootcamp class suitable for all fitness levels from 6 weeks post birth recovery. Sessions are designed by a postnatal expert to challenge you, making them ideal for mummies looking for the extra motivation to achieve their fitness goals and benefit from those post-workout endorphins.
Baby can stay in the pram, pop out and enjoy the fun from a comfy spot or even double as your weight!
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in and bring a water bottle.
