Activity Description
Motherly Love provides FREE peer-to-peer support groups for mothers and birthing people in East London. Full timetable below (term time only):
Tuesdays – 10-11:30am at Make, Do & Wonder (133 Wood St, London, E17)
Tuesdays – 8-9pm via Zoom (please email [email protected] for the link)
Wednesdays – 1-2:30pm at Back to Ours (in the Annex) (15a Davies Lane, London, E11)
Our groups give mothers and birthing people a safe space to talk about emotions, mental well-being and the challenges that come from being a parent. We cover any topic – birth trauma, fertility issues, the mental load, returning to work, relationships, sex, loneliness and much more. Hot drinks and space for prams provided.
