The course includes:

Birth preference sheets
WhatsApp support from your teacher for any questions about your personal pregnancy journey, right up until you meet your baby
Access to the PregnaHub up until one year post birth

Group – in person  courses

The PregnaHub includes:
Live Pregnancy Yoga, Pilates and Aerobics classes – 4 per month
Monthly Pregnancy Relaxation Classes (live and recorded)
Ask The Midwife Chat with our resident Midwives – Ask any questions

e-learning zone with on demand videos including:
Newborn feeding – Colostrum Harvesting/breast/bottle/pumping
Baby sleep
Baby First Aid
Twin and Multiple Pregnancy and Postnatal support

We keep the courses small ~  a minimum of 2 families and a maximum of 6 families per course ~ the cost is for 2 people per booking, birth partners are encouraged to join
