It’s indicated that keeping exercising throughout pregnancy will help with recovery post-birth, as well as supporting positive mental health.
Mamawell Pregnancy programme is your complete toolit for a strong and energised pregnancy. The workouts provide inspiration and encouragement for all fitness levels. Rather than a weekly guide through the trimesters, you can choose the type of workout you wish to do on any particular day. Guidance is given in the videos on how to adapt for different trimesters and energy levels.
In addition you can access yoga, Pilates, physio-led sessions on pelvic floor, abdominals and things like back pain, breathwork and mindfulness sessions to support you – every day is different in pregnancy, so Mamawell wants to provide lots of quality options for you to tap into. The instructors are all super qualified and expeirenced, so you’re in safe hands. You can do these videos all the way to birth if you feel comfortable, and we have content available to support from the earliest days postpartum, so stick with Mamawell!
