The video workouts in Mamawell provide inspiration, encouragement and support to help you recovery post-birth and build strength and fitness. There are 8 workouts to follow BUT this is not an 8 week programme, rather a video series that will continue to challenge over the months & can be dipped into repeatedly at home.
The programme includes strength, cardio that’s safe for the pelvic floor, stretches, abdominals, advice on diastasis recti, written content and lots more.
We’re here to support you from the earliest days postpartum with content on breath, core activation, pelvic floor, gentle stretches, posture and more – check out the sessions from physios and expert instructors in their fields.
The first week is always FREE, and you can work at your own pace at any stage postpartum – suitable for all fitness levels.
