Nick has been running self defence classes for adults, teenagers and kids for over 20 years in London and Thames Valley.
He is one of the most highly qualified and experienced Krav Maga instructors in the UK & Europe. Ex-British Army instructor.
Our classes will help your kids with their social skills, discipline, fitness, coordination, balance, confidence and they will learn to work in a team.
