Hypnobirthing One-Day Group Course (November)

Activity Description

Group hypnobirthing course for pregnant woman and their birth partner in the Discovery Room at John Lewis, Solihull. The course is for up to 8 couples.

Go into birth feeling confident
Reduce anxiety associated with giving birth
Know more about what really happens to your body during labour and birth
Feel empowered to make the right decisions for you and your baby
Be reassured that your birth partner knows how to support you
Remember your birth as a positive experience!

This is a one-day course and expected to run from 10am – 4:30pm on Sunday. Exact times TBC.

The full price is £175. A £50 deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance will be due one week before the start of the course.

Parking is available but not included in the price of the course.
