Integrated, inclusive dance for 18+ yrs.

Breakthrou’ Adult, like all of our other participatory programmes, are facilitated in an inclusive way. This means that we consider each individuals ability level, how they process information, physicality, preferred communication methods, creativity, and previous experience. We want to make sure that Breakthrou’ Adult is accessible, relevant, engaging and challenging to everyone who is part of it, including those new to dance.

Dance Style: mixture of contemporary / creative dance / performance

What to expect? Within a group setting, Adult members will be guided through a range of dance moves and creative tasks, in a modern, spacious hall. They’ll work with other members and professional dance artists to co-create their own dances, and perform. Members can be expressive, learn about themselves and each other, and form new friendships.
