Etiquette and Emotions (small group online courses)

Activity Description

I am a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Modern Etiquette Coach offering small group online courses for:
– 6 to 7-year olds
– 8 to 12 year olds
– 13 to 16 year olds

Emotional Intelligence Workshop:
£65 for full course for 8 to 12-year olds
Topics include self-awareness; recognising and regulating our emotions, a growth mindset and social intelligence; friendships, assertiveness, conflict management and peer pressure.

10 Rules of Success Workshop
£65 for full course for 9 to 15 year olds
Topics include empowerment, self-control, long term goals, people pleasing, adapting to change, learning from mistakes, attitude towards failure and a growth mindset.

Modern Etiquette Workshop
6 to 16-year-olds in age groups.
£65 for full course (five hours)
Topics include meeting and greetings, first impressions, the art of conversation, fostering strong relationships with family and friends, mealtime etiquette, gifting and gratitude, netiquette, and personal branding.

The ‘Emotional Intelligence Workshop’ and ’10 Rules of Success’ Workshop will be repeated in the summer holidays.
